Srushti Structural Innovations was founded in 2010 to bring the discipline of senior-led structural engineering to projects of every scale across Karnataka.

We are a small studio of structural engineers based in Bengaluru. We take on a limited number of commissions each year so every project receives senior attention from brief to completion certificate.

Our work covers residential, commercial, and institutional buildings — high-rise towers, private residences, schools, factories, and retrofits. Whatever the program, the standard is the same: IS code compliance, conservative design margins, and field supervision that doesn't get delegated.

We collaborate closely with architects, builders, and owners — not as a sub-consultant that ships drawings and disappears, but as engineers who stand behind the structure for its entire service life.
